We ordered robes in different colors, and when we sent the orders to our customers, many of them emailed us saying that the tie was missing. I immediately contacted the supplier to request extra ties to cover what was missing, as we had to open new robes just to take the ties and send them to our customers, leaving those robes incomplete.
Today, I received their response, claiming that they are sure they sent everything correctly, which is simply not true. Now, we are left covering the loss, as they refuse to take responsibility for items we already paid for.
Terrible customer service. I have attached a few emails from our customers regarding this issue!
